We acknowledge that mistakes happen. If you’ve experienced an error with your Snus Down Under order, our support team is ready to help. Contact us via the contact page within 14 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number and clear photos of the error to streamline the refund process.

Please be aware that refunds for pouches are strictly for fulfilment errors or mistakes with your order. As per our Shipping Policy, we do not offer refunds for customs seizures, clearance delays or a change of mind post purchase. If your shipment is delayed for reasons outside of customs clearance, a refund can be issued if the delay exceeds 25 business days.

Additionally, no refunds are offered in the event that a customer has broken our Terms and Conditions, this includes but is not limited to: failing to provide a prescription for Australian orders or not making the required payment for customs duties for DDP shipments.
