Ordering to WA, shipments arrive incredibly fast considering the land between us. I made an order on a Sunday and made a mistake ordering on my end so I sent them an email. They responded 5 minutes into opening on Monday fixing my error. Shipping prices aren’t bad either.

Nowadays I only use Snus Down Under for all my nicotine purchases. I’ve switched mostly from tobacco snus to nicotine pouches. They have a larger assortment and lower prices than the sites I’ve used in the past. Orders are filled promptly and accurately. If I place an order Sunday, I receive it between Wednesday and Thursdayof that week (3 to 4 days). I live in WA. I’m very pleased with Snus Down Under.

Love the website, and ease of use. Great description on all products, including nicotine strength. Huge selection, and great prices. The only negative I encountered, was that one can was missing and replaced with an extra of another product in the order. Not really an issue, as there was nearly 25 different varieties ordered.

Only ever had one issue with SDU, was promptly resolved so feels unfair to only give 4 stars. Minus 1 issue its been amazing ever since, it’s the only place I shop.

Snus Down Under (SDU) is one of the largest dedicated nicotine pouch stores serving this market: more than 460 listings across ZYN, VELO, PABLO, KILLA, LOOP, XQS and over twenty further brands, with each page showing the strength per pouch, the format and the pouch count. Tens of thousands of orders have been shipped, hundreds of customers keep a monthly subscription running, and the reviews above are full of people on their tenth or twelfth order.
A store of this size only keeps a 4.7 rating by getting the basics right every time: stock that is in date, dispatch the next business day, tracked delivery and a support team that answers. The commitments behind those promises are written down on the Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, Legal Compliance and Terms and Conditions pages, and the contact page reaches a support team that can see your order and its tracking history.
All 1,378 reviews were written by Snus Down Under customers after an order and are shown with a verified mark; the 4.7 out of 5 at the top of the page is the average across them. Reviews are published in the customer’s own words, and that includes the ones that mark us down: you will find two- and three-star comments about a pouch that tasted dry, shipping that cost more than expected on a small order, and a parcel that took longer than its estimate, sitting next to the five-star ones. Reading the critical reviews is the fastest way to judge whether a store is being straight with you, so we would rather you saw them here than had to go looking.
The most frequent comment is how quickly the parcel arrived and that the tracking worked. The most frequent complaint is the opposite, a parcel held up in transit. Next-day dispatch is guaranteed, delivery takes up to 7 business days, and what we do when a parcel runs late is set out in the Shipping Policy.
Customers compare our per-can prices with what tobacconists and other online sellers charge. Prices are shown on every listing, switch to your currency from the selector at the top of the page, and shipping is free from $150.
A damaged can or a missing item sorted out after one message, and repeat customers who mention their tenth or twelfth order.
Flavours and strengths that are hard to find elsewhere, new brands added as they are released, and the free cans added to orders during promotions.
Shipping that feels expensive on a one-can order, a pouch that was drier or weaker than expected, and a delivery that missed its estimate. These stay up because they are useful: a dry-mint complaint tells the next buyer more about that product than a one-word five-star review does.
Alongside the 1,378 reviews collected here, Snus Down Under has strong independent reviews on Trustpilot and other review platforms, written and moderated outside our control. Forum threads about us on Reddit and similar sites are unverified and often years old; we cannot confirm who wrote them or whether they ever placed an order. The most reliable picture is the full list above, read with the critical reviews included, together with the policies linked on this page, which say exactly what happens if a parcel is delayed or lost.
Yes. Snus Down Under is an established nicotine pouch retailer with tens of thousands of orders shipped, 1,378 verified customer reviews averaging 4.7 out of 5 on this page, independent reviews on Trustpilot and other platforms, published shipping, refund and compliance policies, guaranteed next-day dispatch and tracked delivery on every order. The critical reviews are published alongside the positive ones so you can judge for yourself.
Yes, nicotine pouches are legal to buy online in Australia and New Zealand and have them delivered right to your doorstep, but the country specific requirements from regulators such as the TGA and Medsafe must be followed. In Australia, the Personal Importation Scheme must be adhered to when ordering nicotine pouches, this requires the importer to hold a valid prescription for nicotine pouches. If you purchase nicotine pouches and are unable to confirm you hold a script, you are not entitled to a refund and your order will be cancelled. More detail of these requirements can be found under the Shipping Policy page.
Every order is dispatched the next business day, guaranteed, and delivery takes up to 7 business days depending on the shipping method you choose at checkout. A tracking number is emailed when the parcel leaves and updates through transit, customs clearance and local delivery, so you can follow it door to door.
Yes. Beyond the 1,378 customer reviews on this page, Snus Down Under has strong independent reviews on Trustpilot and other review platforms. Those are collected and moderated by the platforms themselves, which makes them a useful second opinion alongside the verified reviews published here.
Posts about us on Reddit are written by anonymous users and we cannot verify them, so treat each one as a single opinion of unknown date. For a picture built from thousands of orders, read the full list on this page, including the lower-rated reviews, and check the Shipping Policy for what we commit to in writing.
Yes, you can buy snus online in Australia and get free shipping, but you must follow the rules and regulations set out by the TGA. To qualify for our free shipping offer, the total value of your order must be at least $150.
Contact us with your order number and we will chase the courier on your behalf. Transit delays, including customs clearance, sit outside the courier’s control, so a refund for a delayed parcel is issued once the courier confirms the parcel lost or the time since dispatch passes the limit set out in the Shipping Policy. Damaged or missing items are handled under the Refund Policy.
Yes. Payment runs through secure card and wallet options, every parcel ships in plain packaging with nothing on the outside that reveals its contents, and your account details are used only to process and track your order. Repeat customers can also earn loyalty points on each purchase and put them towards the next one.
After an order you will be invited to leave a review from the order confirmation page. Write what you actually experienced, good or bad: specific comments about a flavour, a strength or a delivery are the ones other customers find most useful, and they are published here in your own words.
The easiest option is to order online from Snus Down Under. The full range of brands, strengths and flavours is on the shop page, and each listing shows the strength per pouch, the format and the pouch count before you add it to the cart. You can buy nicotine pouches in Australia and New Zealand, United Kingdom, Canada and more countries, but you must ensure that you read our Shipping Policy so that you comply with all rules and regulations.
