By placing an order with Snus Down Under you confirm that you agree and comply with the below requirements relevant to your jurisdiction and all other Terms and Conditions outlined on this website.

Dispatch Information:

All orders placed through Snus Down Under are dispatched from our warehouse located in the United Kingdom. While Snus Down Under implements every reasonable measure to adhere to the regulations of all markets it serves, customers must ensure that their order complies with the laws of the jurisdiction that they are in. Orders are processed and shipped either the same day or the following business day from the time of purchase. All orders are shipped with either DHL inheritnational Standard or Express, with tracking available for both services.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times:

• Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time of 5–10 business days.
• Express Shipping: Estimated delivery time of 4–8 business days.

Please note that these delivery estimates are indicative and are only intended to serve as a guideline. These estimates do not account for unexpected shipping delays including but not limited to customs clearance, shipping carrier transit through intermediary countries and general delays during the shipping process. Please note that we will not issue refunds for delayed shipping unless your order has been confirmed as lost by DHL or the time since dispatch exceeds 45 days as per DHL eCommerce Shipping Policy. Shipping delays do not include delays due to customs clearance as this sits outside of the couriers control.

As we aim to make shipping as affordable for customers as possible, we make use of the budget courier, DHL. While DHL is generally viewed as a very relaible carrier compared to other budget options, delays can still occur. Please don’t hestitate to reach out if your order is delayed, and we will do our best to liason with DHL and speed up the delivery.

We do not ship to the United States.

Australia — Personal Importation Scheme (Therapeutic Goods Administration)

Requirements for Australian customers

• A valid prescription for nicotine pouches issued by a licensed Australian medical practitioner must exist before ordering. This prescription can be emailed to us at admin@snusdownunder.com or by replying to the automated email sent after you place an order. Customers must also ensure that their prescription is valid for the specific items ordered, i.e., the nicotine strength allowance in milligrams on the prescription must be adhered to.
• Failure to hold a prescription prior to placing an order directly voids our policy and you will not be entitled to a refund.
• Imports are limited to three months’ supply per shipment and no more than 15 months’ supply in any 12-month period.
• Goods must be for personal use only; resale or supply to others is prohibited.
• Pouches must remain in the original manufacturer packaging and be accurately labelled.
• The consignee is liable for all GST, duty and Australian Border Force fees.

• No prescription, no dispatch: we will not dispatch an order unless the customer holds a valid Australian prescription.
• Quantity caps in the cart prevent purchases above the three-month limit.
• An age-verification gate ensures customers are 18 years or older before completing checkout.
• Shipments are labelled “nicotine pouch – prescription medicine, personal use” in line with TGA and ABF guidance.
• Products leave our warehouse sealed in retail cans to preserve tamper-evidence.

New Zealand — Personal Import Rules (Smokefree Environments Act)

Requirements for New Zealand customers

• Only tobacco-derived oral-nicotine products may be imported for personal use; synthetic-nicotine pouches are prohibited.
• Import must be for the importer’s own consumption; retail sale or distribution is illegal without Ministry of Health approval.
• Importer must be 18 years or older and must pay any applicable duty and GST on arrival.

General conditions for all destinations

• Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU): import charges are payable by the customer on or after delivery.
• Seizures & returns: if a parcel is detained by border authorities, refunds are not available.
• Age restriction: we ship only to customers aged 18+. Couriers may require proof of age on delivery.
