Customers assume sole responsibility for customs duties, taxes, and import fees, as well as compliance with import regulations within their respective jurisdictions. Snus Down Under and its affiliates hold no liability for any delays, seizures, fines, or legal actions imposed by customs or other authorities.

9. Returns and Refunds

Any refund or replacement requests due to damaged or incorrect items must be made within 14 days of delivery. Refunds, when approved, will be made to the original payment method within approximately 14 business days. Refunds will not be issued for a customers change of mind, this is in accordance with our refund policy.

10. Subscriptions

Subscriptions can be changed, modified or cancelled at any time prior to the next billing date. If a subscription has already been billed it can no longer be refunded, this is in accordance with our payment policy.

11. Limitation of Liability

Pixodel Inc. and its affiliates provide products and services “as is,” disclaiming any warranties, either express or implied. We expressly disclaim liability for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from your use of our Website or products.
